Frequently Asked Questions

Amanda arrives directly at your home in Stow, Hudson, Cuyahoga Falls, Kent, Solon, or nearby communities with all sanitized, non-latex resistance bands, balance cushions, and stability gear. All you need is a sturdy standard chair (like a dining chair) and comfortable everyday clothing—whether you prefer Seated/Supported options or want to build the strength to get down on the floor and back up with ease. Every session is tailored 100% around keeping you active, strong, and moving comfortably.

A pod is a close-knit group of 3 to 8 friends, neighbors, or couples ($25–$35 per person) who want to stay active together in a fun, supportive setting. Pods meet in a member's living room, covered patio, or neighborhood clubhouse. Every participant gets individualized form guidance with concurrent Level 1 (Seated), Level 2 (Supported), and Level 3 (Free Standing) options.

Visit our Find a Local Class page or call Amanda directly at 330-333-1976. We will match you with the nearest weekly community class or neighborhood pod in your area.

Standard chair exercise often relies on fast choreography or passive seated movements. The Release Ritual is designed for active aging adults (and adults who want to become more active) by credentialed NASM-CPT and NASM Senior Fitness Specialists using a 3-tier functional framework: hip hinge sit-to-stand strength, postural alignment, dynamic stepping balance, and dual-task cognitive reflex drills.

For individuals and couples, 1-on-1 coaching is available per session ($85–$125) or in discounted 8-session ($760–$920) and 12-session ($1,080–$1,380) packages with zero long-term lock-in. For community partners, service agreements operate on flexible quarterly terms with 30 days notice.
